This documentation describes how to manually install PidginSnarl. The better way is normally the automated setup.

Copy the "pidginSnarl.dll" into the Plugins-directory of Pidgin
(usually something like C:\Program Files\Pidgin\plugins)

Copy the whole folder "PidginSnarl" with all its images in it into
the %APPDATA% of your Windows installation - normally found at
"C:\Documents and Settings\YOURUSERNAME\Application Data\Tlhan
Ghun\" - most likely you need to create the folder "Tlhan Ghun"
first. So after copying there is a new folder "C:\Documents and
Settings\YOURUSERNAME\Application Data\Tlhan Ghun\PidginSnarl" with
some PNG-images in it
